Terms of Service as of March 30th, 2025

You are bound by these terms if you decide to commission me.
Please read them FULLY and ask any questions you have to make sure you understand everything.

❤ As the artist, I reserve the right to decline a commission.
❤ You may post your commission to other sites, but CREDIT MUST BE LINKED BACK TO ME.
❤ You will be provided a watermarked image for posting if you ask to share it online. Failure to post the watermarked version + no credit linked results in being blacklisted.
NEW: ❤ If you would like to commission me for a business-related reason, please tell me beforehand. You are allowed to use your commission for business reasons or redistribution ONLY with my prior knowledge.
❤ You better be reading every artist's TOS. There is no excuse to disrespect anyone's terms.
❤ The art is my work and will be posted to my socials with you credited as the commissioner, unless you wish to remain anonymous.
❤ Whatever you commission will be added to my portfolio and examples.
❤ You may request to see your commission in the blob and/or refined sketch phase, and these are the ONLY times to ask for edits. I only allow four (4) small edits max and no more, so please be mindful of EXACTLY what you want. If you do not ask to see the sketches, then the finished art is what you will receive and no edits will be made.
❤ Payment is done via CashApp or Ko-fi only. If you do not have CashApp and have no way to use Ko-fi (such as no PayPal or credit/debit card), I am completely okay with you sending someone else the money who can send it to me via CashApp or Ko-fi.
❤ Refunds are ONLY available at the blob sketch phase. This is because I draw the art three (3) times for clean line art, and two (2) times for a cleaned sketch. Once you 'okay' the blob sketch (should you request to see it), your payment is locked in and cannot be refunded.-----------------------IMPORTANT NOTES:-----------------------
- Everything except fullbody is drawn on 2000x2000px canvases and cropped accordingly, some may need to be sized bigger depending on how it fits the canvas (such as outstretched appendages or clothing causing the main focal point to be small). Fullbodies are done between 2500 and 3000px, following the above rule of needing to be bigger.
- WILL NOT DRAW: Fetishes, NSFW, porn, sexual content involving underage characters and/or animals, hate art, anything political, or real-life people. Anything not listed I have the right to refuse if I do not feel comfortable or confident drawing it.
I am no longer drawing living machines/cars.
- If you would like multiple characters, the cost of each additional character is equal to how much of them is visible and the detail level of their design.
- Big objects/props are $10 to the base price. Vehicles are priced like additional characters, no matter what. This is because cars take a bit more skill and a lot more time to draw.
- Small objects/props are free, but there's a limit to three (3) small props. Each additional small prop is $5.
- No romantic pairings, however I can draw characters in a way that can be interpreted as romance ^^
- I'm cool with drawing almost any kind of character (NO LONGER DOING LIVING MACHINES/CARS): human, furry, animal, dragon, mechanical(robots), object, closed species, open species, your own creation, anything really!
- No backgrounds offered at the moment.
- Commissions with my characters are allowed if you want your OC(s) interacting with mine. The cost of my OC is halved in that case.
